Customs visa-free regime: more than 15,000 transit declarations for 10 months of NCTS international application

During the 10 months of the customs visa-free regime, more than 15,000 transit declarations were issued in the NCTS (New Computerized Transit System).

The total number of trips from Ukraine in 10 months amounted to 12,363. In July 2023, 3,196 journeys started in Ukraine were completed in the countries participating in the Convention on a Common Transit.

Since the beginning of the international application of NCTS, 2,653 declarations of joint transit have successfully delivered goods to the customs offices of destination in the customs territory of Ukraine. The number of such declarations in July 2023 amounted to 738.

As of the end of July 2023, companies were granted 49 authorizations for the use of transit simplifications, namely 27 authorizations for the use of a general guarantee (including 8 for an increase in the amount of the reference amount of the general guarantee and 1 for the use of a general guarantee with a reduction in the amount of the reference amount by up to 30%), 18 authorizations for the facilities of authorized shippers and consignees, and 4 authorizations for the use of special type seals.

More than 20 applications from companies are at various stages of consideration.

Since the launch of the web service for the electronic submission of guarantees for use in common transit at the end of April 2023, 23 general and more than 280 individual guarantees have been electronically registered by guarantors entitled to guarantee the movement of goods under the common transit procedure. As of today, 5 guarantors are already actively using the web service for electronic filing of guarantees.
