The production facility LS PROFI LLC has modern and high-tech equipment: three roller rolling lines for the production of profiles, a line for longitudinal cutting of coiled steel, a hydraulic line for bending profiles, a universal stamping machine and hydraulic presses for punching holes.
All products are manufactured strictly according to specifications and meet European quality standards.
Only high-quality raw materials are used for profile production: coiled steel with a thickness of 0.5 to 3.0 mm and a zinc coating of up to 600 g/m2. All raw materials entering the production process are tested in the laboratory to determine the mechanical properties, chemical composition, thickness and uniformity of the zinc coating.
