Ukrainian National Pavilion at FOODEX JAPAN 2024
From March 5th to 8th, 2024 the largest food and beverage exhibition in Asia, FOODEX JAPAN, took place in Japan. This was the 49th edition of the exhibition, which traditionally brings together visitors from over 60 countries, including importers, wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.
This year, Ukraine was represented by a National Pavilion, featuring participation from 13 domestic producers of beverages, confectionery products, spreads, seasonings and spices, oils, honey, vegetables and fruits, nuts, grains, and seafood.

Participation in FOODEX JAPAN 2024 is one of the important steps towards strengthening the presence of Ukrainian goods not only in Japan but also in expanding to Asian markets overall. Therefore, Ukrainian Ambassador to Japan, Sergiy Korsunsky, joined the opening ceremony. Additionally, the National Pavilion of Ukraine was visited by the Minister of Agriculture of Italy, the president of JETRO, and a number of Japanese importers.
The Ukrainian National Pavilion welcomed hundreds of foreign guests, and participating companies conducted numerous B2B meetings, which will soon evolve into reliable and mutually beneficial partnerships.
The Ukrainian National Pavilion is organized by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) in cooperation with the Embassy of Ukraine in Japan, the Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office, the national project Diia.Business, and the international platform Nazovni.
