Ministry of Economy urges the world's largest companies to engage in the reconstruction of Ukraine and transfer funds to the Fund for Economic Recovery and Transformation and the Fund for Support of SMEs

With Ukraine suffering huge civilian casualties and many businesses shutting down due to the war, supporting state funds that help Ukraine be strong is very important. After all, at present, it is vital to start rebuilding infrastructure that has been destroyed or damaged in many cities, and to help businesses return to work with new strength. This was reported by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.

«Financial support will be aimed at tools to help business and revive the economy, and will prevent a crisis that threatens not only Ukraine but the whole world due to russia's military aggression», said Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Olexandr Hryban.

The appeal was sent to the following companies: Fazer Confectionery Ltd, Eaton Corporation PLC, Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Kellogg's, Henkel, Carlsberg, Gfk SE, Ipsos SA, HEINEKEN Company, AB InBev, Mondelez, PepsiCo, Beiersdorf, Coca-Cola Company, Philip Morris International, S Group (Prisma), Japan Tobacco International, S.A. Auchan Holding, Procter & Gamble, Mars Incorporated and Conta-Clip.

The Ministry of Economy also calls on these companies to join the international community of socially responsible businesses that have ceased operations in the russian federation. After all, russia is currently a country that barbarically ignores universal values and violates international law.
